Total Service Solutions shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Errors in Pricing or Omissions (E&OE)
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Total Service Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Total Service Solutions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Total Service Solutions shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty
Total Service Solutions provide a 12-month warranty on all compatible printer cartridges and toners. For other products the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.

Return Policy
Before returning a product due to being incorrectly ordered or defective you must first obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Note that it is the sender’s responsibility to pay any freight shipping charges (the freight charges are NOT refundable) for incorrectly ordered goods including unwanted goods returned and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
If the incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods are over 60 days from the invoice date, credit or refunds will not be given. Any returned or unwanted goods will only be excepted when received by Total Service Solutions and must be in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Shipping Policy
Most purchases will be processed through Australia Post. Unless stated, a standard shipping or freight fee of $10 will be applied to purchases under $50 and for purchases over $50 shipping will be free.
If Total Service Solutions are unable to dispatch your order due to unforeseen or stock shortage, we will notify you.
